The Clubhouse
Clubhouse Rules and Regulations
The Clubhouse is for homeowner use. It is not open all the time but can be reserved by homeowners and residents on a first come, first-served basis. If you want to reserve the clubhouse, please call Sandy Nace (717) 209-2340. There is a $100 deposit which is held until final inspection after your event and returned in full if there is no damage. You are required to pay a $80.00 non-refundable fee to deep clean and sanitize the Clubhouse after using it. Homeowners’ signatures are required on a reservation document to assure that all regulations are followed.
