The Orchards Homeowners Association, Inc. is a 171 home complex located in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. The Association has a restricted Declaration of Covenants. There is a Clubhouse which is available at no charge to all homeowners on a scheduled basis. The Orchards Office is located at the Clubhouse (421 Glenn Avenue). There are no specified hours but you can leave a message for Sandy Nace (717-653-9755) and your call will be returned.
Board Members
The Board of Directors consists of 9 members. The Orchards does not have a Property Management Company and is one of only two Associations in Pennsylvania that is self-run. The Board is a working board in that each Director has a job (on his own or as part of a committee).
