About Us

There are four types of homes in the Orchards – townhouses, townhouses/duplex, zero lot line homes and single family homes. Depending on which of these you have purchased, the regulations will be different.  No landscaping or architectural changes, can be made without prior approval.
 
Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at the clubhouse office. Homeowners are welcome to come from 7-7:15pm to pass on any comments, concerns or to ask questions. The board meeting is then held for board members only.
 
Directors for the Board are elected by homeowners at the annual meeting which is held on the fourth Saturday in September. Each director’s term is two years but a director may choose to run again to serve another two-year term. At the annual meeting, a report about the year’s activities and events is given to all homeowners attending. Time will be announced in one of the newsletters preceding the annual meeting date.
